Ken Sankey, owner and artist at Firegold began his career working in commercial sign shops with an emphasis on design, layout and brush skills. It was in the small shops where his talents shaped the “alphabetical engineer” in him, eventually leading to a career pursing the gilded arts. Ken then shifted his focus to fire equipment decoration beginning in 1989, where precise tight lettering fed the passion and drove his pursuit to where Firegold is today. Standing as a lone provider of genuine gold leaf graphics, engineered with character.

The Firegold Team has a combined experience of over 50 years providing the Fire and Rescue industry with stunning gold leaf graphics and decals. By integrating brush skills, software expertise, and the desire to maintain the integrity of a rich history of tradition, Firegold is able to create your departments signature in gold.
